In this workshop we will provide you with information on different distribution channels, which will help you to better identify the relevant distribution channels for your product/solution. Furthermore, we will provide you with information on how to do sales via online-events (like MEDICA/ MEDICA.Matchmaking or other digital events). In addition we will provide you information on how to use multipliers (i.e. associations) for generating new leads.

  • You will learn which sales channels there are for acquiring German manufacturers out of the medical technology market
  • You will learn what matters first when you do sales in Germany
  • You will learn how to identify and address the right German business partners at MEDICA
  • You will learn how to do Recommendation marketing
